1. Provider and scope

The applications are provided by HansenApplications, owned by Claudia Hansen, August-Bagel-Straße 63, 40878 Ratingen, Germany, email: HansenApplications@web.de.

These terms of use apply to the use of applications provided by HansenApplications. Additional application-specific notices may apply. For purchases through Google Play, the Google Play Store terms applicable to the respective purchase also apply.

2. Right of use

As part of the respective offering, users receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the application for personal use or other use in accordance with the contract.

Copying, modification, distribution or other use beyond the scope permitted by contract or law is not allowed. Rights under mandatory statutory provisions remain unaffected.

Open-source components and other third-party components included in the applications are additionally subject to their respective licence terms.

3. Features

The type and scope of features are determined by the respective product description and the version of the application provided. HansenApplications may provide bug fixes, security updates and feature improvements.

Mandatory statutory rights, particularly statutory rights relating to digital products and legally required updates, remain unaffected.

4. Technical requirements

Use may require a compatible device, a suitable operating system version and, for some features, an internet connection. Full compatibility with every device and operating system configuration cannot be guaranteed. Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

5. Responsibility for input and backups

Users are responsible for the content they enter and its factual accuracy. Where export or backup functions are available, regular backups of important data are recommended.

6. Prices and payments

Where applications or additional features are offered for a fee, the price and payment terms are displayed before the purchase is completed. For purchases through Google Play, payments are processed through the systems provided there. Mandatory statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

7. Intellectual property

The applications, their design, original graphics, text and other components developed by HansenApplications are protected under applicable law. Third-party rights and open-source licences remain unaffected.

8. Limitation of liability

In the event of a slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical of the contract.

This limitation does not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence, damage resulting from injury to life, body or health, or mandatory statutory liability. Statutory warranty rights and rights relating to defects remain unaffected.

9. Changes and updates

HansenApplications may further develop applications and make changes, particularly where necessary for technical, security or legal reasons. For paid digital products, statutory requirements for changes and updates remain unaffected.

11. Specific information about Golf-Scorecard

12. Specific information about PackList
